If he thinks that is as an RS4 replica, I'd like to have a go on his pipe.

I think the bolt holding the alternator on has the same part number on both engines

I asked some questions to the seller of the second ebay listing above though ebay. The first reply was a bit blunt, so I asked for some details. Text as below

Hi
Thank you for the reply
Could you kindly provide some detail to your answers.
1. You are finding out the number of former keepers, is this not on the V5. Is this present?
2. Was the garage a reputable accident repair centre, do you have its name?
3. The damage was to the front n/s what panels were replaced any jig work carried out?
4. Did you purchase the car damaged or did the damage happen during your ownership?
5. Do you have bills for the cam belt service were all the tensioners changed.?

Thank you in advance for you reply

I finaly recieved a reply from Colin Harwood. It goes as follows

The reply.........

If you want perfection, this car aint for you. try going to a main audi dealer and pay £30k. please do not email me again i will not answer any more questions.

I responded.

Thank you for you reply, its comments are noted.
You have listed this on ebay so therefore you must expect some questions from buyers. If you are unable to answer or give unhelpful reply's to reasonable questions, then you must expect the car will remain unsold. £15k is a fair sum of money for a car if it is not what you say,
I am a established independent Audi dealer was initially genuinely interested in the car you were selling. I think you have shot yourself in the foot with you short sighted reply. I suspect there is more to the car than you listing suggests?
Good luck with the sale?

Then a further reply.......

for the sake of £15k, i simply cant be bothered answering question after question.
its a 6 year old Audi not a car that is worth proper money. good bye.

Give that one a miss then!!
