Whats the top speed you have reached in the RS6 ?

Hit 140 mph the other day up a hill ... car was very stable.

In Europe whilst chasing an AMG Merc I had an M3 Evo bouncing on speed limtier doing approx 165mph - perhaps 158mph corrected. The car was very stable and felt very planted, however I would not have done it in the wet...

192mph speedo indicated on the public highway, with Mr Roberts and Mr T and revo kev early one Sunday morning..

188mph on the speed trap at vmax

Wow, so do you think without the weight of Mr R & Mr T, you could have hit the magical 200MPH ??

Also, how does the car feel at that speed ???

weight dosent make much difference to top speed - it just takes longer to get there...you need power and good aerodynamics ........

car felt very stable tbh. and really didn't feel like we were going that speed. It wasn't until you looked out the window at 90 degrees a watched the armco whip past at a hell of a rate of knots that you realise the speed you are doing.

Oh and it was on a damp auto bahn!!

Seen 181 on the ROAD ANGEL, not sure about the speedo, only goes upto 160 and you can do that in 5 gear...
