Just passed a police van (transit type) at silly speed on an A road (he was over taking a line of cars and it was coming the other way) Can he get done???

He presumes they couldn't have zapped him, but if they got his reg number can they go and pay him a visit?

I got a call recently from a Bobby who had observed me one morning for a little chat on the lines of it's a lovely car, but don't over do it. He said they don't NIP everyone but if he saw me 'in a hurry' again he would.
