Excellent Dealer Service

I know we quite rightly complain about dealers when they get things wrong but only thought it fair to post positive story about my experience this weekend.
RS4 due its MOT on Saturday and a pre-warranty inspection for the next 12 months. Dealer had already agreed to put another 12 months warranty on the whole car, free of charge, when I complained last year about them selling it to me with only half a litre of gearbox oil in it!! Apparently this is not part of their pre-sale check up. Anyway, I accepted that as I knew it covered the whole car as well as the gearbox for another year and it costs £1439!!!!
Took the car in on Saturday morning and was given a brand new A4 courtesy car for the day even though I wasn't really entitled to one since no actual work was being done. When I collected mine in the afternoon it had been MOT'd, washed, valeted, pre-warranty checked and warrantied and they didn't charge me a penny
I was expecting to pay for the MOT and the warranty check but they threw the whole lot in as a goodwill gesture to re-establish my faith in them.
So I would like to say well done to South Hereford Audi, highly recommended and to the general manger, Shane Powell who put it right when I wasn't happy. You see they can do it sometimes
