Straightenting buckled wheels?

Chaps,

Managed to put a slight bluckle in the outer rim of two of my alloys last night :(

It really isn't bad, certainly the rear wheel still holds tyre pressure so I don't think it's too far off round.

They are BMW BBS split rims, and quite old (about 1995 I guess) 17 inch front is a 245 and rear is 255

I've attached a picture of the rear wheel which has the worst of the two dents in it, anyone got any idea whether they could be fixed and for how much!!

I'm an idiot, just not used to rear wheel drive cars I guess.

Cheers
-Dan

I got one done at Rochfordtyres as they have a "wheel hospital". The price was minimal. I think it all depends on how bad it is.

Cool thanks!

Been googling here for somewhere suitable, can't find anywhere near bristol though.

Scotty based on the damage to your wheel and looking at the damage to mine, do you think it's fixable?

Anyone else got any comments/advice? I'd really like to keep these wheels if possible.

I'm no expert but I would have thought border line. Since the wheels aren't new I imagine they get harder with age. Send the pic to the link on www.rochfordtyres.co.uk and see what they say.
