I need a group of RS2, 4 and 6 cars for issue three of our magazine. Anyone interested in making their car a star? You'll be on the cover...

I'm sure we could get a range from here.... Any particular colours/dates? You'll be 'bigging up' RS246 of course ;)

You're welcome to a Goodwood green... Good timing, it's just about to go in for a 2 day valet, so I hope she will be looking good enough for Page 3 by the weekend...

How about a 166000mile RS4 that looks as good as the day it was born.

I am quite sure that given the right day and location you could get the largest collection of RS2's, RS4's and RS6's a UK magazine has ever seen. Ranging from mint and standard to tuned and ridiculous :D

I would alwys be up for some magazine action.

It would be helpful to know what you are trying to achieve. Are you aiming for a simple photo shoot, or are you looking to make a performance comparison?

Do you want just one example of each model, or are you trying to achieve a gathering of as many RS models as you can muster?

I have to say that I'm puzzled by the specimen Showcase article on your website, featuring Paul Crossan's 1996 A6 Avant. The photos appear to depict a C5 model Avant, which didn't go into production until 1998.

Interesting one, Peter. It's definitely a 1996 model although the front bumper has been colourcoded by the previous owner

You might like to check your facts before you go to press! That's definitely a pre-facelift C5, produced between 1998 and late 2001.

Here's a photo of a 1997 A6 Avant (C4 model). Compare this with your photos of Paul's car. See how the bumper moulding of the older car goes all the way back to the wheel arch at a high level. On the newer model, the bumper moulding is curved from vertical to lead back to the wheelarch at a much lower level.

Always glad to help - I just feel that your mag may not gain a lot of credibility if it contains such basic errors!

We appreciate your help Peter. Please bear in mind that it's a visual and the print version would contain NO errors once it's been through our proofreading system :)
