29.0 mpg

Driven down from Scotland (Perthshire) to Kent (486 miles) and the DIS is showing 29.0mpg with an average speed of 66mph ....not bad for 400bhp...

I had 30.4mpg on Saturday down to Dorset.
Mostly on cruise control.

Best i got was 28 mpg on motorway 70 mph going from Oban to the Lakes last year. But normaly 21.5 mpg standard RS4

Yeah, so how often and for how long did your engine make 400bhp on that trip?
On an easy run we all have the same 2.7 litre low compression engine, no matter what turbos we have fitted!
