That'll be another year with my RS4

Due to a change in company car policy where I work I now don't have to change my car at 36 months and have to hold on to it for 42 which means that it woun't now be replaced until October 2004 which is a good thing.

At closing in on 100,000 km the engine is now loosening up nicely and I'm sure its got faster over the last few months. One of the things that does seem to going off is the handling - it was never the best on winter tyres (225 rears instead of 255's) but taking autobahn curves at 200 + kmh now doesn't feel as secure as it should.

At the rate I clock up mileage I estimate I will be close to 150,000 km before its replaced which will be a very interesting test of long term reliability.

So I'll be starting to llok for a new car in the summer,

New M5?
New 997?

Yum, Yum, Yum

Might just be in time for the new RS4... Or a really cheap RS6 until the 4 is available

My company policy states 5 years, so I'm OK for a while .
