Audi dealer margins-new

Anyone know for a fact (no guess work please!) what the margin would be on the 'S' and 'RS' models.

One dealer has told me 5% which sounds far too low. I would expect it to be in the 7.5-12.5% range (as it is with BMW for example) on those models. I do know for a fact that they do have only 5% on the new A3 however....

Cheers,
Gareth.

Mmm done some digging and reckon on the serious Audi tackle the margin is 7-9%.

Anyone else know more?

AFAIK for mainland Europe it starts at around 9-10% but gets as low as 1% for 'fleet' sales. Even at current exchange rate UK prices are still a lot higher, so if UK dealer margin is around 9% then Audi UK are making a LOT of money.
