Current RS4 and VX220Turbo owner Thorney has been exposed as a thief.

This is in October 2003's Top Gear magazine (back page).

The article says :

"VX220 SPRINT STOLEN WHILE RACING
The place, Donginton Parkl the event, A Bookatrack session where our Peter 'Frog' Grunert was trying out the VX220 Sprint. John Thorne from www.vx220.org.uk asked to take it for 'a lap or two' and half an hour later, found himself to be enjoying it so much that we had to get him black-flagged."
