I cannot remember who posted it [img]images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img] but someone posted that a friend of theirs had their motorbike stolen and unrecovered [img]images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] when it had a personal number plate on it. I seem to remember the poster implying that the number plate was therefor now lost for good. Anyway a came across a DVLA info leaflet that says you can get a plate back 12 months after it was stolen [img]images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]. Hope it helps whoever you are.

It was only just 12 months ago that his bike was stolen, so this may well have been the problem.
I'll mail him anyway withthis snippet of info, and see if he already knew it or not.
