I note that a lot of you are referring to quattro GmbH products as 'GmbH'. I'd just like to point out that 'GmbH' is the equivalent to the UK's 'ltd' for 'limited company'. The company's name is 'quattro' and not 'GmbH'!

I recently asked someone what sort of car they had, and the response was "a grey one".... It was actually a silver Ford Focus estate!!

Sorry but the exact company's name is "quattro GmbH", not "quattro" which is one of many product and patent names of the corporation based in Ingolstadt.
There are also about 60 companies in Germany using "quattro" in their names as listed
here but only one "quattro GmbH", probably thanks to an efficient legal dept [img]images/graemlins/ban.gif[/img]
