A bit of a long shot but does anyone know someone within Fords management hierarchy who would actually care about the crap and fraudulant actions bestowed upon me by my local dealer. All I get is the Ford Customer Relationship Center which are probably worse than Audi customer services, the local county court is looming but would rather avoid this if possible.....
