Morning all, I do love my RS4 even though I’ve only done 2000 miles in it since May 2020, but can’t seem to stop
eyeing up the C63 estate.
Has anyone gone from one to the other, and if so could you give a good comparison in terms of living with, interior, and how it makes you feel to drive....when used all year round?
I use the RS sparingly as you can see, and always smile when giving it the beans, so it’s as much about that part as anything else.
Any comparison, good or bad, would be of interest.

Not owned a B8 RS4 (did have a B7 RS4) but have owned a C63 S AMG Coupe and it was epic!! For the estate version, I much prefer the looks of the B8 RS4 but for everything else AMG. I had MPS4S on my Coupe and grip and traction were surprisingly good in colder climes.

The driving experience is engaging and fun. I used to love the rumble around town, just pootling along and hearing that AMG sound. Never felt less than special to drive. At any speed. I have only ever test driven the B8 on a couple of occasions and performance wise it felt quite flat and slow and enough to put me off buying one for years (I was coming from an M5 Competition pack car at the time).

Interior can seem a bit busy for some in the AMG but for me, loved the bucket seats and you get more tech too (e.g. mine had HUD which is very good). Personally, I would make the switch in a heartbeat except I would go coupe haha. As I previously mentioned, outside of the looks I just couldn't pick a B8 over a C63 S AMG. Just my 2 pence!
