HELP PLEASE!!…Looking for advice please Audi B8 rs4

Hope everyone is well…im looking for advice i have a 2013 RS4 first audi ive owned and a love it 
but recemtly started having a problem with it i have very little knowledge of the mechanics of how cars work and ive put the car into an audi dealership and theyve sent me the faults from theyre computer it would be as well in spanish ive no clue as to what it means and appreciate any input you guys /girls have. Thanks
