A Ladybird guide to wheels

Just bought a B9 RS5 which is great - except for the Trapezoid wheels. If ever there was a design for designs sake these are it.
Much prefer the more classic 5 and 7 spoke based designs.
Anyway, it’s got me thinking about wheels but it’s a minefield out there.
Prices from £500 to £5000 ( what are the key differences twixt cheap and expensive ?).
Aftermarket options I’ve seen have different specs . mine are 20x9 ET26. Most I’ve seen are 20x8.5 or 20x10 with different offsets.
If tyres are 275/30 which rim size is best and what offset would I need.
I assume clearance for brake calipers etc would be ok.
Recommendations welcome ( esp in black).
