Taken RRF tracking with USP

Post by stevo55 » Mon Aug 22, 2022 9:35 pm

I’ve been using ‘Taken’ for Almost a year now for one of my cars and they can highly recommended.
What makes them unique is this:
A) you plant your tracker yourself-this then gets away from the standard places and it’s a fact that thieves know where many trackers are located (insider knowledge for sure). You can also relocate it as many times as you want.

Best Bit…
B) if anyone is familiar with the TV series ‘Hunted’ they’ll have watched the Hunter Force-Security Professionals who tracked and found the ‘runners’. Well you get the same service with these guys as they are the same people. Once the lump is activated (has to be by end user ie you) they deploy a team to track your stolen asset down whilst co-ordinating with the Police to retrieve it. I believe they have a pool of teams available 24/7 and all part of the price. Part of the deal is you send them photos of your car so they know what they are looking for.

Only downside I can see is if you fail to realise the car has gone (bad signal etc). They won’t know unless you tell them.
Once you press ‘recover’ on the app they call to confirm and then it’s Game On.
On the App you can see alerts and where your car/tracker is. You can also set the sensitivity and pings.
Price is very reasonable I think for what they provide. £449.00 for the year and £185 annual renewal fee
Haven’t needed their services nor do I want to but it’s reassuring to have for sure! I’ve recharged the tracker (like a numpty I forgot where I hid it and it took me two days of rooting around) only once and it’s magnetic.
Anyway I highly recommend them and well worth a look:
