New headunit won’t turn on

Hello all,
I have purchased a pioneer sph-da160dab double din unit and the necessary cable adapter’s to fit my RS6 c5. Plugged it all in but the head unit won’t turn on. I have had this in the passed with previous cars and I remember having to swap the red and yellow around which I tried but didn’t work.
I know there’s power there and from what I have read i believe the blue cable needs to plug into the cars amp supply.
Can anyone help out with this please?
