Can anyone tell me if it is worth putting a K&N air filter in my RS6 C7 ?

Only if you're going to tune it, otherwise pointless.

If you're going to tune it then best get a fully induction and rip out the heavily restrictive box.
ROC Euro is what I use, each turbo has its own pipe and filter so no squabble over air when they spin up.

Then sort the exhaust out, air in needs to get out and the stock system is terrible.

K&N on its own, not worth the free Sticker in the box.
