What kind of brand and model?

Hi,
Please identify the car which caused a deadly accident in januari 2020 in Utrecht Netherlands with a scooter at 140kph and drove off.
I tried different types of software to enhance the quality but cant seem to get it to work.
Maybe someone over here with decent software can make something out of it.
Looks like the roof rails are Audi type maybe?
