S4 B5 single turbo Fueltech won’t start

Hi, I’m new on here so here goes.
I’ve a 1998 S4 with a single turbo conversion that ran OK on the VAG ECU.
I’ve scrapped the original ECU and installed a Fueltech FT450.
I’m running wasted spark and semi-sequential, I’ve checked/tested all wiring and everything is Ok.
I’ve set the crank timing at 309 Degrees (for 20 deg advance) as I got 329 degrees at TDC cold cranking and using my strobe light.
I’ve reduced cold cranking fuel correction to 20ms and start ignition to 7 degrees ( I’ve tried 10 and 20 also).
I get a couple of back fires but that’s it.
Could anyone advise base settings with the Fueltech to get me started?
Thanks Rob
