hi All

Can I please get some assistance with a company called Carbon Designz (https://carbon-designz.com/) , based in Germany.

I ordered some carbon parts on the 2nd December 2019 and they have yet to arrive with me in the UK. At the time of ordering they said 6 weeks and now it is approaching 9 weeks. I have emailed them multiple times and also tried via Instagram Facebook direct message but still no reply. Their telephone number is also saying its turned off

My friend emailed they separately to inquire about carbon parts a few days ago and they replied to him to say order from the website.


Getting worried now and any feedback or reviews on this company would be much appreciated. thanks!

Never heard of them but there are a few ppl complaining (some going back a few years now).

Did you try sending an email in German?
If you're not having any luck you need to send a registered letter to the business address before you can take any legal action.

I've used them before with no issues.
