Engine swap audi s6 c7 2015 to audi a8 d4

Hi guys
I’m a new member at Your forum, so i try to explain my question, may be You can help me or give me some advise how to solve it
i'd just make swap s6 c7 engine to my audi a8 d4.
before it was 4.0 tfsi also but 420 hp
so now, i have a problem with software (i think like that)
ECU detecting misfires and reduce ignition angle.
of course i change all coils, sparks and injectors, i've already changed fuel pump in the fuel tank, changed both hpfp...
in spite of this, there are misfires and ecu reduce ignition angle

so, could You help me for advise or how make proper software? Maybe somebody have the same experience.

i think the problem is that s6 on dsg and a8 on the classic automatic transmission

all sensors, throttle bodies etc from A8
ecu A8
transmission A8
wiring A8

Have you not just got bank 1 and bank 2 wiring looms mixed up ? .
