Re: Red B7 RS4 wheel colour
Defo dark wheels with black optics, something like a gunmetal or anthracite. I don't have any photos though I'm afraid.
Re: Red B7 RS4 wheel colour
Yes was thinking Gunmetal

I have black wheels currently but I’m getting them done silver as soon as I can. They just look lost against the bright paint.

Re: Red B7 RS4 wheel colour
I went through the same quandary with my RS6 winter wheels recently and decided on a grey that matched the grey parts of the performance wheels (the other set). The powder coating place i went to called it "Audi Grey - Matt". Not an RS4 and not red, but here are some pics. This would work on a red car too I think.
Currently running:
18 plate Lamborghini Huracan Performante (5.2l of V10 naturally aspirated craziness)
67 plate RS6 Performance (fully loaded)
66 plate Range Rover Autobiography (for wafting around)
16 plate Mini Cooper S convertible (lots of fun but rather skittish when thrashed)
Favourite car ever owned:
1971 Citroen DS21 - The Goddess (pure art on wheels)

Re: Red B7 RS4 wheel colour
I really don't see the point of winter tyres in this country, especially on a performance car; in my own opinion, no offence.
Your RS6 looks monster

Re: Red B7 RS4 wheel colour
Audi grey = titanium = Titan = LA8U paint code. Which was offered on both C5 RS6+ and B7 RS4’s. Expect it’s the same colour on newer models too as per Zappy’s C7’s. Best option I think! Looks good in either factory matt or gloss lacquer. Suits red with black optics too.
What colour are your mirrors?

I am guessing you don't live in the boonies of Scotland.
But you are mostly right. We haven't had much snow and ice yet and some winters there isn't much at all. Last winter was an absolute shocker though and why I put winter tyres on. Sods law it will be a sissy winter this year and I will have wasted my time (and money). But if it snows like a bXstard then I'll be laughing.
