SatNav Database Update - Dealer Issues - B8 RS4

Are there any Audi Techs in this group, I've had some trouble with the dealer trying to get my SatNav updated. It Looks like they have tried to put the latest maps on the car (2015 RS4) without updating the firmware. The Nav Database version looks like its changed but the media version is still the original old firmware. Having driven on the roads its still the 2015 maps. Can any techs provide any help on what I need to tell them to do i.e. part numbers for the firmware updates etc? They don't seem to grasp or understand the issue.
