BHP/ Torque Graph - RS4 B7

Is the torque graph on this something to look into, ie a new map?
Have been told it should be matching a similar arc to power, however looks very choppy, with peak torque being gained at 2,500rpm??
Have got Milltek downpipes and stock exhaust.
I'm not too clued up on all this, so forgive my ignorance ; )
