Mine needs doing too - I don't think I've seen a B7 with the bumper fitted properly yet!

Seems the job is made somewhat easier by having the right tools!

Long reach Torx and Super long socket extension seemed very useful.

Bumper much happier now, not 100% but it'll be off again soon as it appears my Aux rad is leaking! Yippee!

You’re very welcome. To get them perfect you need to adjust and offer up, then adjust again and keep going until you are happy. The gap is a thousand time better than it was although one side is slightly higher than the other. Like you say. It has to come off again for the rad so now you know what you are doing it’ll be easy

For the headlights is a T30 250mm long enough or do you need 300mm ?
