I was driving home from town along a quiet road when I see a women with her baby waiving me to slow down. There was nothing around so stopped and reversed back.
I asked her what was her problem. She said I was driving too fast.
I asked her what the speed limit was, she said 30mph and I asked if she had a speedo built into to her brain, she said no, so I informed I have one in my dash and that I was doing 30mph. She asked me if I was sure.
I wound my window up and zoomed off at 30, absolutely infuriated. What on earth is a matter with people.

At least you didn't punch her this time.

I guess the noise makes it sound like you are going much faster maybe?

Similar happened to me at the weekend, I took the RH lane at a roundabout (up the inside of 2 cars sat behind a tractor). I was taking the 4th exit on the roundabout and had my RH indicator on. Apparently according to the driver of the BMW who was taking the 2nd exit I wasn't allowed to use the RH lane to go right...

I used my fingers to explain that there were 2 lanes and continued on my way...love the road police, they must be so happy with their gashcams and shuffling the wheel...

Clutch down, full revs, make the baby cry, smile and drive away.

Had something similar in the TT when giving it a test run on a windy bit of road near me...I wasn’t that fast, but most drivers take it really slow. Middle of the night, old chap is walking down the road and starts waving at me as I go past.

Looked even more upset after I turned around and went past him the second time.
