RS4 B8 Headlights too high ?

Post by CliveG55 » Fri Jan 12, 2018 1:21 am

Hi

I have an RS4 B8 and been flashed a couple of times this week, I got the impression the highlights were too high but they weren't on full beam. Car has passed Mot this week but just had new drivers side headlight fitted due to problem with adaptive head light fault

is there a way to adjust the headlight beam down ?

Thanks

Yes, the headlight should be manually adjusted to the correct target board. Then an adaptation programme should be run, so that the headlight range module learns the scope it has to the adjust for cornering lights and self-levelling.
