If you had 16k...
To invest in a fun car that would hold its value and maybe appreciate in value what would you go for?
Purely a garage toy for runs out on dry days.
E46 m3? E39 m5? B7 rs4? Porsche boxter?
Any ideas?

Tough one. Z4, boxter, 350z maybe.
Tbh I'd probably just spend 8k +2k mods on a Mk1 TT Quattro sport

Mk1 tt Quattro is a good shout, can’t see nice examples losing much £ at this stage.
Re: If you had 16k...
No decent examples with the pole positions are static or appreciating now if you keep the miles off them

All the cheap tidy boxter s models have disappeared too.
I really think stuff like this you can’t go wrong as we are doomed to Driving electric cars in next 20 years.
I could be wrong but I think I could be right.

That looks very tidy. Does anyone know any history on it?
Re: If you had 16k...
No idea.
I haven't got a spare few quid to go and have a look either.

A nice D2 S8. Great looking car and very under valued in my opinion.
Audi RS6 V10 Avant
Re: If you had 16k...
Clio 182 Trophy. Make sure it has the Ohlins.
Or on a lesser budget Clio 172 Cup.
Both are fantastic track weapons out the box, surprisingly reliable and only going up in value
