Bought an A1 1.4 sport for my other half and need some help regarding the satnav. It has the nav but the sd card is missing. Been reading online and it all I can see is it needs to be coded by audi to accept a sd card that didn't come with the car from the factory and they charge something crazy like 500 quid.
Anyone come across this before? Or got any advice on getting this sorted. Had the same issue with my fiesta ST and just bought a sd card on eBay plugged it in and away I went.
Thanks in advance
A1 SatNav help!
Re: A1 SatNav help!
I have exactly the same thing in my missus A1 - there is no other option than getting the card and activate the nav at Audi £500-£600 .
Well there is another option but will most likely cost similar money - a friend of mine is installing a full MMI 3G plus packages to the car. You might be able to get some money back selling the old one.

I can't believe Audi charge such a huge amount for such a simple task. So unless I can sort some cash back from the seller I'm up sh1t creek
Re: A1 SatNav help!
Hey Stevie - not sure if you'll be interested and if all Audi dealers do it but I just got a promotion on activating the SatNav on my A1 for just £300. That's at my local Amersham Audi but after talking with the guy on the phone I'm pretty sure more Audi dealers do it
Re: A1 SatNav help!
Did you buy it private or dealer ?? There would only be one reason it’s not there. They will have removed it to put in another Audi or sold it on eBay.Stevie1982 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 02, 2017 10:33 pmI can't believe Audi charge such a huge amount for such a simple task. My son has just bought a new S1 and he had to pay £500 for the nav SD card.
