What is Audi's hourly rate?.

Post by classba » Sat Aug 26, 2017 8:02 pm

IMO, Audi's customer service has gone down the pan and the hourly rate is a Fxxxxxx joke.

I've been charged 159.12 inc. Vat/ hour.... WTF.. :FIREdevil:

How much have you guys been charged and @ which dealership?.

£120 + vat (£144 Inc) at Crewe Audi if I remember correctly.
Can't say I'll be going back there, or to any dealer for that matter, any time soon..

Labour costs more at London dealers. And they charge less for cars over 5 years old I think.

This - but you have to ask politely. I think the best I ever got was 80 + vat? But that was a few years ago, I sold my S4 three years ago this weekend (cry) and our family A3 came with two free services buying a six month old through used approved, so no service bills for a while

The hourly rate always used to be higher for technicians 'trained' to work on RS models - £120 per hour against the £90 hourly rate for non RS models.
