Looks like they were forced to swerve and stop given the angle the car was at and there was a car in front and behind. Then the passenger window explodes either from being got or shot at.

It looks like two passengers from the Q7 get into the camera car. The first is a young girl seen walking and looking at the camera car for help, and the second flees the Q7s right rear door

Ian your probably right i would like to think i would react differently in that situation but i would probably do the same hand over the keys and let them go

Just seen this and without knowing the exact circumstances it's beyond me quite why a) the Q7 has stopped moving and b) the driver opens the door!
Car Security 101: LOCK.THE. DOOR. There's auto lockdown I know but if you get into the habit of locking your doors down as soon as its closed every time it becomes muscle memory and then a natural thing to do. Sods law dictates that the one time you forget to do it is the time you need it.
I posted before about 'escape options' and here's the bottom line: you are driving a very big and powerful weapon. Even more so with a Q7 which gives you (some) off road ability and also the option of bumping curbs and ramming (its actually more of a push to be honest) obstacles (and yes that includes people) out of the way to get clear. If your family are in the car and you're surrounded by armed people trying to gain access then I'd be VERY surprised if you end up getting in trouble (so long as it proportionate!) with the law. Once clear then its 999 or get to the nearest Police station (unless its criminal on criminal which is pretty common)

In that incident (which would have been terrifying) the driver offensively used his vehicle and drove clear-although later when they catch him up the door gremlin rears its head again as they just pull it open and he gets dragged out for more than a foot massage and a back rub!
The way the guy in the original video just got out and placed himself at greater risk is beyond me.

This video is very suspect. Why did the Q7 stop. It's early hours with hardly any traffic around. The machete nob end is in a Golf vs Q7. Sorry but I would not give a fcuk, I would ram the basterds and the floor it.
