Wheel Woes - What Would You Do?

So, I ordered myself some new wheels - 20x9 and 20x10 Ispiri ISR8's in satin graphite.
Long wait for tyres to get delivered to my garage, but when they finally arrived I dropped off the car so that they could mount tyres, and fit the wheels.
However, they managed to damage the second wheel they were mounting a tyre on!
They called me up and were apologetic, and offered to have it repaired at Lepsons (at their expense of course). The wheel has just come back, and they finished it in gloss rather than satin!! Agghg
They've offered to do one of the following:
1. Get me a brand new wheel
2. Refurb the other 3 in gloss to match
3. Pay for my refurb place to do all 4 (they're cheaper than Lepsons - and I could have them done in titanium L8AU to match my mirrors and roofbox)
They don't want to send it back to Lepsons, but I think I could persuade them to do so.
Option 2 is out (much prefer the satin). But I don't know if options 1 or 3 are better?
What would you do?

Forgot to attach the pic. Refurbed wheel on the left, original finish on the right.

Have them buy 1 new wheel from the place you got them? Why would you want them repainted when they are brand new?

Did it actually go to Lepsons? Surely someone as good as them would be able to return it in the colour and finish it came in.....

Yes i would get them to buy you 1 new wheel in the original finish you wanted, then you will end up with 5 wheels, 4 satin 1 gloss!
You may need to buy a wheel shelf to store all of these wheels though

Thanks for talking some sense into me guys.
I thought it might be nice to have the wheels done in Audi Titanium. But then, it's nicer to have 5 wheels, and the satin graphite is a nice finish and is something I haven't tried on my car.
I might have a word with Lepsons anyway and see if they're willing to correct the finish on the spare

So option 4 it is, get them to provide new wheel and speak to Lepsons about the spare

Same thing happened to me when I got my wheel proper Phucked. They painted it in gloss. Which looked Awsome! But I decided to repaint all 4 in some kind of wierd bronze/gold/brown color I have at the moment.
I think the obvious choice is ask them to buy a new one.

Thanks Gents, option 4 it is
I'm collecting the wheels and tyres from the garage, and I should have a brand new wheel arriving next week. Will give lepsons a call in the morning and see what they say about the one they fixed.
This has been an ordeal. The tyres were a nightmare too. Ordered from Tyreleader, and they only delivered one! Much harassing later they dispatched the other 3. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered everything!!!

I prefer the gloss look. My wheels came satin but I wanted gloss. I'd be asking for another wheel, but they don't really have to supply one, you have to give them chance to sort the issue.

Picked up the wheels and tyres. Order for the replacement will be going in tomorrow (they tried today and were told to call back).
They've also given me a copy of the invoice from Lepsons.
Fair enough I reckon

I assume Lepsons is close to you ? I get all my wheels done at Wheel Works in Crawley. Might be worth getting the spare resprayed and tyres fitted there as they have all the top end tyre fitting kit as they fit to newly refurb wheels all the time.

No, they're not that close, nor my regular. I know however they are (usually) very good, and I've had one set done by them.
The other factor was that the garage have an account with Lepsons and get a weekly pick up and drop off.
Thanks for the tip on Wheel Works though. I usually have mine repaired by alloy wheel doctor in Horley. They even collect and drop off from my home for free, and don't charge for fitting tyres.
Got more pics when I got home. The colour looks very slightly darker than original, but I'm not sure if that's the gloss making it look that way. Anyway, one way or another it won't be staying like that

1st world problems!
The wheels look fairly flat. Is that because you only showed us photos of the 9inch rims?

1st world problems indeed!
Yep, that's just the 9", the 10" rears are still in their boxes - the garage chickened out of attempting to fit the tyres!
New wheel is on order
