Hi guys,
I am looking at getting into the RS4 club and was wondering what sort of milage I should be looking to purchase a car with. I do understand that I should be trying to get a car with as low milage as possible. Most of the cars that I have seen range from 60000 - 90000 miles. There is also an obvious price difference depending on milage. I can afford to get something with low milage and wondering if that is the best way to go. Will I be getting my moneys worth? Would I expect any problems going for a car with more milage?
Is there anything else I should be looking out for when committing to one of these beasts?
Thanks crew!!

Re: Milage expectations
Do not be fooled into thinking a car with low mileage will have less issues. You're much better to buy a well used enthusiast (ideally forum member) owned car where you know it's been loved and wanted for nothing, than a car from a dealer with lower miles.
Believe only the man who has nothing to gain from what he says.

Have you had a read of the buyers guide in the B7 RS4 section? Covers the common issues.
I bought my car on 88k miles through the forum classifieds (higher than I was originally looking for), but it was meticulously looked after by an enthusiast, so I haven't regretted it.

Yes I have taken a read of the buyers guide, I did find it useful.
Thanks for the reply guys. I guess I'll go for something that has full service history with either Audi or reputable service agent.
