Audi extended comprehensive warranty- renew or find alternat

Hi guys,
I've had a C6 RS6 for a few months now and it came with the balance of the Audi extended comprehensive warranty. It's up for renewal next month and I need to make a decision. Currently the car is in Audi for an oil service but also to check some corrosion on the coolant pipes (one of the very few issues the C6 has). Audi now says it's only surface corrosion and nothing to worry about BUT it would not be covered under warranty (nor would any corrosion) anyway. This is a circa £2k job from MRC so Audi would be even more expensive. The other biggy for the C6 is the oil leak. Am not sure if this is covered under warranty (I think it is can anyone confirm/deny?), and seeing as to renew for a year is going to cost me £1300 am wondering if there is any point? What's the next best warranty alternative? Although the C6 isn't the horrendous money pit the C5 can be these are big bills we're talking about here! Getting a decent warranty that will cover a lot is a must as we all know or should I just stick with Audi? Worth mentioning that the car is currently stock albeit with a cat back Milltek, however a stage 2 MRC tune and gearbox plus secondary cats removal is planned this year.
Thoughts, recommendations? I have until July 17th to make up my mind and commit.
