Caught a hit and run on the dashcam!!

This was at 10pm last night outside airhop trampoline park in Guildford (taking the nieces and nephews, not my usual Saturday night!)

The driver of the corsa did stop and get out of the car, so I assumed he would leave details on the blue A4, so went inside to get bouncing. I checked later with staff at reception and apparently the corsa driver decided to leave sharpish. Have been in touch with the owner of the A4. He's going to need a new wing and possibly bumper.

It was pretty dark and the rear camera resolution isn't full HD, so was worried the number plate wouldn't be visible, but I thought the camera did well.

Unfortunately I've been on the receiving end twice when people failed to leave details.

The dashcam is a blackvue DR650-2ch (front and rear cameras). I got it on recommendation from another member at a meetup, and would in turn highly recommend. It's more discreet than most, and has wifi connectivity and an app which means you can review footage on your phone whilst in the car. Have a look at YouTube vids to see video quality, which is very good in daylight and reasonable at night (in my opinion).
