Brake disc advice

Hi
I have been looking for some new front discs for my B7.
Someone has told me the R8 front disc can be used?
The part number is 420615301A

Is this correct?

I may be wrong, but there rs4 b7 rear discs

These are front. B7 disc part number is 8E0615301AB so very similar.

We've got Tarox replacement discs on the shelf....

So these are awaiting production run in Italy and won't be available until end of Feb.
