Is it my eyes playing tricks on me but does this dealer take pictures of cars sat in a couple of inches of water...

The recent flooding does not discriminate - I guess they still have to sell cars!!

Yes they are definitely in water, it look like they are on a flooded road. I has been very wet here recently. Not sure if they parked them there for effect or if they genuinely had a flooded road. I'm guessing from the fact that almost their entire stock list are photographed like this it was deliberate and not just a wet say every time they bought new stock.

They have a stainless steel platform built in their own lake. Money no object.

Right, that explains it then! I suppose it is different. Driver must have to duck down when photos are taken so they do not have to get wet feet getting in and out when parked in water lol

I feel sorry for the photographer. Surely money no object could buy him a longer lens so he doesn't need to be waist deep in the pond. Lol

Wow - that is a new type of retardation. I get the whole 'be a differentiator' but it doesn't actually look good, at all. Maybe the photographer isn't very good (I don't think the angles chosen are that great) but it looks like they've parked it on a flooded verge or it was abandoned near a flood plain. If the bridge was 'just' above water or the backdrop wasn't so dull then it could've looked really clever. Innit.

They must have been going for this reflected effect.

But ended up with nice cars parked in puddles.
