Stuttgart Trip - Quattro GmbH etc - Any tips?

Hi Guys
I am planning a trip to Stuttgart with my elderly Dad. It is a kind of homage as we were last there together 20 years ago.
I have arranged tours of the Quattro GmbH, AMG, Mercedes and Porsxhe factories.
We will also go to the Mercedes and Porsche museums, and the large car / plane museum at Sinnheim.
It is already a busy schedule, particularly taking into account my Dad, but does anyone have any tips or suggestions as to where else to go?
The hire car will be an E class, 5 series or A6. Because that is important
