The White markings. If you have gone to the trouble to get paint, brushes, straight edge. Why would you not paint the whole thing. Just doesn't make any sense to me.

Bit like saying , why didn't they tarmac the whole car park. Probably only get the money to paint what was dug up. Lots of red tape when it comes to saftness like this.
I agree it looks stoopid though.
