Where to get Nav firmware 0650 CD from for rs4 b7?

Guys as above...
Hitting brick walls
Tried Cufatec, MRC eBay ect!
All I want is CD to install 0650 firmware as have old 0450 and have no auxiliary output from RNSE just cd/radio/MP3.
Anyone know where I can order one from please...
