The best RS?

Post by Fatneck73 » Thu Oct 02, 2014 6:57 pm

Hello all

Just curios...what would you say is the best RS Audi have made???????

I've had a C5 which I loved...but the seem to suffer many issues generally.

I now have a C6 which seems much better and less problematic albeit is very heavy and personally, I thin the brakes should be better?

Would love to know your thought.....

Yeah I can see ... Never had one myself but love the look.

So, in what order would you put them? B7 at the top....then ?

So the 4 because it is mid-sized would you say that's the reason it suits the RS concept so well?

so many things

only that lets is down is raw power, but its plenty fast enough where it matters

a TTRS / RS 3 will out drag it, but they are bland point to point cars, the B7 is a joyful machine

The 4 has saved me a few times when I've got it wrong, any other car I've owned would have left the road. Love mine to bits :boots:

Also I've heard of a few guys moving onto GTR territory and coming back again.

I loved the b7 as mechanically it was setup better than most oem and I a car you have to drive and it generally won't let you down. Modern cars may be technically superior but in terms of driving and feeling things it takes some beating.

B7 RS4 for me too. It ticks all the right boxes, big enough to take the family on holiday and not too big to go for that drive (down your favourite road)

Non comparable cars from my experience. I'd never go back to a b7 after a gtr, considered it but never would
