Fecking rotors need to go for starters.

Is it not just someone's thought that have been photoshopped?
Front 'lip' look to stuck on, and the bumper generally like the bad eBay bumpers you get for the older audis to give the big grill look. Not sure audi would go back to 'arches' again now they're using the boxy sections

Re: RS4 B9 rendering
I would be totally shocked if it was 2015. Going by the B7 & B8 timescales, I would suggest 2018/2019.John Johnson wrote:When's it due 2015 ? I heard if could be 3.0 turbo circa 500 brake
I would also suggest some Hybrid technology thrown in too - seems to be the future

Huh? Where you been? They already have! B8 RS4 and C6 RS6 were boxy, but then the C7 RS6 and RS7 went back to arches. After seeing the RS6 unveiled and how popular it is I can;t see Audi going back to box arches for the next RS4.C17LJR wrote:

Loving the look of that, but obviously would need a proper RS honeycomb grill, not the slotted one in that picture. It's all rumours and guesses at this stage but for me the some of the things that put me off the B8 were the crap door mirrors that look like they're from an A4 (and probably are), the boxy arches and the lack of tunability (i.e stuck with a NA engine. This rumour fixes all those issues for. However, the single biggest issue for me was no saloon option. Come on Audi, make the B9 in saloon guise too, I don't want a hideously backed RS7.
Re: RS4 B9 rendering
Okay, fair point mike. What I should have said, I don't think they'll got back to b7 arches, as that's what they look like

Re: RS4 B9 rendering
Yea - this is a rendering - but still - bloody nice - I am sure that we won't see the bulging arches of the B7 again which is a shame. However, the thought of combined hybrid technology will be a winner for me - I think the term coined by McLaren [in yesterday's Chris Harris P1 video on Ph] is 'torque fill' - 450BHP+ from a new combined V6 Turbo / eMotor setup along with and quattro and the usual Audi tech refinements will see a very, very interesting motor. Rumour has it the A4 B9 could be announced later this year with first models being presented early 2015 with perhaps the RS4 coming later that year or early 2016 - I would imagine the next few months of this year will be all about the TT, but as autumn comes ... who knows.... perhaps a new A5 first.C17LJR wrote:Is it not just someone's thought that have been photoshopped?
