Firstly, thats an A7...

Secondly, both are in the wrong. A7 entered the bit for cyclists and shouldn't have. Cyclist had no reason to continue getting involved with someone who's clearly a knob...

Shouldn't have got punched but also shouldn't have screamed Effing Prick in the guys window.

It was the rear right passenger that punched him not the driver. The Audi shouldn't have pulled into the cycle area and the cyclist shouldn't have reacted as badly as he did to what is an extremely minor thing. Hopefully the cyclist will think twice about the way he reacts in future (after finding out that his aggression may be met with even more aggression) and hopefully the car driver won't pull into a cycle lane again.

Both of 'em were pricks but the Audi driver was prick first. If the cyclist was hard enough to back up his words then he'd be a new-world hero, sadly he's not, so the Audi passenger and driver combo should now be punished. The thing I hate about this whole thing is the shitty headlines journalists decide on "Cyclist punched in sickening bicycle versus Audi roadrage..." - A bicycle versus a car brand, really?!?! Sensationalist fuctards.

IMHO the passenger was a thug* but the cyclist was an idiot (never scream into somebody's face and expect “not” to get punched.) ...especially if you wear a bobble hat.

The cyclist was a dick, the Audi should t have encroached but it doesn't give you the right to give them a verbal abuse and intimidate them... It could have been a woman with children , but unluckily for him it was someone who have him some abuse back, this time physical.

Cyclists ride on the pavements, go through red lights,ride allover the road and whats more pay no road tax or have insurance ,this cyclist caused the situation by chasing after the car and shooting his mouth off,if you play with fire expect to get burned.

For every action there is a reaction. The Audi driver started it, ergo, he's in the wrong and without him this whole thing wouldn't have started. The cyclist is just a massive bell-end and rightly got a serving of STFU.

It will be interesting to see how it will stand up in court, assuming it will go that far, which I believe it probably will. Was the Audi driver acting in a way of self-defence? Probably the angle he will go in with.
