Yep all done. Has had a full carbon clean too. Timing was easier to set up than my chain driven heathen! Lol

And there was me thinking you were doing your S4 tensioners and guides on the dining room table, some table that would be.

Supercharge it. Is it a plug in electric thingy? If it is, slap a bigger motor in and use it as a fan in the summer :D

Think that's what we were all hoping for.

Noce thought. Sadly it is battery powered. Makes noise and flashes the spark plugs. I have seen the 4 cylinder Haynes one but never seen this one before. My brother in law got it for me as a present for helping them move.

Sad thing is if I could have got the engine in here I probably would have got away with it with the missus. Gutted about my back as was itching to rip the car to bits and do it myself. Hoping to have it back at some point this week. Total is just over £1800 which is both cam adjusters, top chains, guides, tensioners and half moon seals plus fitting of 6 front arms, shocks and top mounts plus 4 wheel alignment.

Wow that is some price, I enquired out of interest and got an estimate from my local dealer this week for 4.5K with a note that the figure could well go up. Will Pm you with some Q's if thats Ok. Heres to your S4 coming back this week and back to its best then. :beerchug:
