S4 Anybody know this car?

Interested in this car its a Sprint blue S4 registration AO11 ZNM. Does anybody have any knowledge about it and is an open filter standard on these cars as this one has one with a blue plastic colour coded insert on it. If it is a mod then its possible it has other mods as well. Completely new to the Audi scene so please excuse my ignorance.
