Interesting!
Has the 4 rings logo only been used on modern Audis since 1985 then? Thought it went back further than that,

I think this is more indicative of the company branding logo not what is used on the cars Mike but still quite interesting. Just did a google search and there is loads of more info on there

Interesting, so the infamous quiz question what does Audi stand for - Auto Union Deutschland Ingolstadt is actually bollocks!
Audi preceeded Auto Union.....

The company name is based on the surname of the founder, August Horch. "Horch" meaning "listen" - "Audi" in Latin
