Audi Approved body shop?

Hoping to get some feedback if possible :)

My RS5 was delivered on Friday, during the handover my Wife noticed a tiny dent just above the rear bumper, as the rest of the car is like new and with me being VERY OCD with my cars the supplying Audi Dealer has agreed to get it repaired.

They have told me to take it to my local Audi dealer to get sorted, I've never dealt with them before, but I'm assuming to be Audi Approved they must be good? The RS5 is Suzuka so don't want it to go somewhere with a bad rep as I'm sure you will all agree. The dent is tiny and I didn't notice it, but I'm happy with the offer to get it sorted. It may even only need some sort of smart repair?

Any info appreciated!

Cheers

To be a manufacturer approved body Shop you simply have to invest in the correct equipment and tools so its no reflection of the quality of work.

IMO word of mouth is best so if you have any friends of relatives that have personal experience of a local body Shop i would ask them first.

This is the problem, I don't really know of anyone who has used a local bodyshop (on this calibre of motor anyway)?

I'm popping there at lunch time anyway, see what they say, if the supplying dealer insist on using the Audi network and I'm not happy with the workmanship then it will just go back.
