98 S4 rear brake kit

Hey all, does anyone know if 04-07 a4 quattro rear brake components are interchangable with a 98 s4 avant? The reason i ask is i want a big brake set up for the front and rear, i really like the D2 kits but they dont list a rear kit for the b5 s4. Can anyone advise please.
